There is an option to be either fully-insured or self-funded. We can compare the difference in pricing of each option in order to insure employers receive the most competitive rates and fees.

If self-funding, the total paid claims of the year can be underwritten under a stop-loss insurance plan. An employer can use this method to control unusually high paid claims during the year.
