*50% of workers ranked Dental as one of their top 5 benefits.

*Generally, the largest Networks of Dentists do not provide the deepest discounts and the lowest cost.

*Younger workers desire more recent products in their dental plans, such as white filings and orthodontics.

*Offering the choice of streamline plan options keeps your premium and service cost affordable. This is attractive to workers who are light utilizers of the plan.
There is an option to be either fully-insured or self-funded. We can compare the difference in pricing of each option in order to insure employers receive the most competitive rates and fees.

Many plans limit the amount a member can spend during the calendar year (ex. $1,500) and will self-fund accordingly. If self-funding, the total paid claims of the year can be underwritten under a stop-loss insurance plan. An employer can use this method to control unusually high paid claims during the year.
The proper dental network may be the most important factor in controlling cost for both the employer and employees. We can help in this selection process by providing disruption reports between networks and overall network utilization. Certain networks will provide deeper discounts and less cost. An employee utilizing a preferred network dentist will reduce his or her out-of- pocket costs and eliminate potential balance billing.

Administrative Service Program (ASO) Fees vary between carriers. We have access to over 2 dozens administrators and will negotiate the most competitive rates for your business. We can generally provide ASO fees which are guaranteed for 3 years.
