A Critical Illness Plan contains limitations, definitions and exclusions that must be understood and utilized correctly. Guarantee Issue limit, Pre-Existing Conditions clause, Criteria for Payment of Benefits, Eligibility Requirements and Rates may vary between insurance companies. We work on our client’s behalf with dozens of insurance carriers. Our objective is to negotiate the strongest Critical Illness plan which pays in the most situations, for the lowest overall rates. We will provide our clients with a full summary and analysis of our findings, as well as a recommendation of the best insurers for your needs.
*Benefit amounts can be purchased in $500 increments.
Coverage is “guaranteed issue” when the participation requirement is met.
*The Spouse or domestic partner is eligible for up to 100% of employee benefit.
*Employer’s premium participation increases guaranteed issue amounts.
*An Annual health screening benefit of $50 is included.

Benefit dollars may be used at the discretion of the insured to pay such things as a deductible, coinsurance, bills, living and travel expenses or lost wages.
*Plan pays lump sum benefit in amounts from $2,500 to $200,000.
