While Health Insurance may cover the medical expenses involved, the Accident Plan pays benefits directly to the insured.
Benefit dollars may be used at the discretion of the insured; for such things as satisfying a
deductible & coinsurance, lost wages, bills, living and travel expenses.
Group Accident Plans have different benefit levels, rate classifications, definitions, limitations and exclusions. Items such as Guarantee Issue limit, Pre-Existing Conditions clause, Criteria for Payment of Benefits, Eligibility Requirements and Rates may vary between insurance companies. We work on our client’s behalf with dozens of insurance carriers. Our objective is to negotiate the most comprehensive plan which pays in the most situations, for the lowest overall rates. We will provide our clients with a full summary of our findings, and an analysis with recommendations between the different insurance carriers’ plans.
