Kevin B. Vitale is the Founder and CEO of J.T. Worthy Consultants. Established in 1990, J.T. Worthy Consultants has distinguished itself in providing niche medical plan designs, funding, stop-loss and other ancillary insurance products for the employer/employee

benefits market. Vitale’s vision to deliver a comprehensive set of best-of-breed services from purpose-built, carrier neutral insurance facilities on a result basis, is truly unique in the industry.

Mr. Vitale's focus is on directing corporate initiatives and developing strategic alliances with key insurance partners in order to help J.T. Worthy Consultants maintain its position as a leading provider of cutting-edge insurance solutions for government and private business benefit plans. Working closely with JTW’s Product Development, Operations and Sales teams, he directly aligns overall corporate strategies with the continued development of innovative products and services that effectively meet the evolving needs in the complex benefit’s infrastructure market.

Before joining JTW, Mr. Vitale spent the earlier part of his career as a Marketing Officer with a major insurance carrier developing and managing Advance Sales Product Systems and Operations. Other responsibilities included directly supporting sales; working with

the best established Consulting and Brokerage Firms within the United States. He has vast experience and knowledge with Advanced Sales Products, Concepts, Systems key to

the operational sales processes and networking reliability.

Mr. Vitale graduated from the University of Rhode Island, where he earned a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, with a concentration in Accounting. In the insurance industry, he earned designations for Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and is a Underwriting Training Counsel Graduate.
